  1. Can I cancel my order after it is placed? Unfortunately, once you're order is placed there is no way to make changes or add to your order.

  3. When will I receive my Back-Ordered item(s)? Please read our shipping & delivery policies on BACK-ORDERED items.
  4. Are your sizing charts accurate? Size charts are located at the bottom of most product item page. The sizing charts are estimates and should only be used as a reference. Please order the size that you normally wear but please remember that ALL size charts are ESTIMATES ONLY!!

  6. Can I place my order by phone? We are here for you and will assist you with your order needs during our normal business hours. Please give us a call at 561-313-9686 if you prefer to place your order by phone. If you need immediate assistance with an order and it is outside our normal business hours, please email us promptly at kreateapparel@gmail.com or call (561)313-9686. Please keep in mind that orders received after 12pm EST will begin processing the next business day. We will make every effort to fulfill an order if it is needed quickly however it is NOT GUARANTEED!!
  7. The website is stating that my credit card information is invalid, please HELP! Please make sure that the credit card and billing information match the information on file with your credit card company. Please contact your credit card issuer to correct any inaccuracies in credit card information.
  8. Does Kreate Apparel Boutique offer discounts for large group or company orders? Yes we do. Please contact us for more information at 561-313-9686 or submit your inquiry to kreateapparel@gmail.com
  9. Why is my order on hold? Sometimes we may need to verify your information. In this case we will need to contact you directly to verify your information, such as credit card and/or billing information, verify that you are indeed the owner of the credit card used, and have full knowledge of the transaction being processed before we can ship your order. This verification process lowers the chances of fraud that may be associated with your information and protects you as the customer as well as our business. We appreciate your understanding.
  10. How do I contact Kreate Apparel Boutique? Please contact us during normal business hours which are 1pm - 8:00pm EST Monday, Wednesday  - Thursday and Friday until 9:00pm.  If it's after hours or holidays, please email us using the contact form below and we will reply typically within  24-48 hours. Our customers are important to us and we want to ensure that your questions or concerns are answered properly.
